The Orientation Session is an essential introduction for anyone interested in the dog training classes and activities, as well as those curious about what Cani'Laz has to offer. The session is open to all members of your family who are enthusiastic about participating in the lessons and activities, along with any dogs you may have.
SESSION PROCEDURE
This free 30 min session, gives you the opportunity to get to know me, the facilities, and the training methods used so you can determine if Cani'Laz is the right fit for you and your furry companion. During this one-on-one session, I will take the time to understand your goals and evaluate your dog's needs and temperament. We can then determine the best course of action to help you achieve your goals, ensuring that you will have a fulfilling and joyful experience with your dog at Cani'Laz.
In addition, we will also review the equipment you currently use, such as collars, harnesses, leashes, and treats and I will provide basic techniques and instructions to ensure that you and your dog have a enjoyable experience during your first lesson or activity.
SESSION DETAILS
Duration and Frequency: Single session lasting 30 minutes.
By appointment: Individual session limited to dogs living in the same household.
Language: Sessions can be conducted entirely in English.
When: Wednesday and Saturday mornings.
Location: Cani’Laz.
Prerequisites: Dog must be identified and vaccinated for distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, and parvovirus (marked as "CHLP" in the vaccination record); for puppies, ongoing vaccination.
